- Designing T-shirt graphics that resonate with the style and feel of the brand.

- Coming up with unique concepts and translating them into kickass designs.

- High level graphic design skills.

- Proficiency in graphic design softwares like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator/ Corel Draw.

- Develop creative and innovative social media campaigns and integrations.

- Engage with users proactively across all social media channels to support positive two-way communication.

- Solid understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram; and analytics and metrics associated with each.

- Excellent writing skills and a keen visual sense.

- Should have thorough in-depth knowledge of running Search Ads, Display, PLAs, Video/Youtube ads and Facebook Ads.

- Lead the efforts of digital marketing and CRM : customer acquisition and retention, Performance marketing of all digital channels.

- Manage and ensure performance effectively towards goals.

- Plan, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and OKRs).

- Constantly unearthing new opportunities for growth leveraging the power of digital/social.

- Manage, scale and report performance of Adwords & Facebook Advertising Platform.
