You can cancel the order prior to the Shipped order state of the Product or within 48 hours from order placement – whichever is earlier. The order cannot be cancelled once the Shipped order state has been initiated.

Orders can be canceled by sending an email along with your Order Id to care@feranoid.com from your registered email address.

In case your order is prepaid, your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account within 4 to 7 days depending on the policy of your Bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.
